A governed action is one call an agent made through AgentValet. It was checked against your rules, made with a credential the agent never saw, and written to your audit log with a signed receipt.
Every decision goes on the record. Only calls that reached the platform count toward your allowance, which runs from 300 a month on Free to 40,000 on Team. Your dashboard shows where you stand before the invoice does.

What counts as a governed action?
One call an agent made through AgentValet that was checked against your rules, made with a credential the agent never saw, and recorded with a signed receipt. Reads count as well as writes. Calls that were refused, or held and declined, are still recorded, but they don’t count toward your allowance. A call that reached the platform counts, even if the platform returned an error.
What happens if we go over the allowance?
On a paid plan, nothing stops. Each extra action is metered on your next invoice at your plan’s rate, and we email you at 50, 75, 90 and 100 percent of the allowance so it’s never a surprise. On Free, your existing agents and connections keep working; only adding a new agent or connecting a new tool pauses until the month rolls over, or until you upgrade.

What support do we get?
Solo and Studio get email support with a first reply within 2 business days. Team gets priority, with a first reply within 1 business day. Free has the docs and best-effort email. Security issues get a reply within 1 business day on every plan. Business days are Brisbane time. The commitment is in section 7 of the Terms.
What happens when we change plans?
Upgrades apply straight away. Downgrades apply at the end of the billing period. Agents are never capped per plan, so a downgrade doesn’t suspend any of them; you keep every agent, on the smaller plan’s limits.
